In 1972, Dr. Roselle graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University. He went on to receive a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois in 1977 and certifications for acupuncture and nutrition. Since then, he has practiced in New York and Virginia for the past 29 years.

He has served on the Boards of Directors of the Northern Virginia Chiropractic Society and New York State Chiropractic Association, and held multiple local and state offices. He has taught at the National University of Health Sciences, the International College of Applied Kinesiology, Northern Virginia Community College and Jamestown Community College.

Since 1983, Dr. Roselle has hosted a radio talk show first aired as Chiropractic Call-In, then Health Alternatives, followed by Total Health Concepts and now "Dr. Tom Roselle-Live" that provides listeners with the latest information on integrative, holistic and wellness health care methods.

Dr. Roselle is the founder of Caring For Others Ltd., a charity that provides alternative health care for the homeless or those living in poverty, and provides scholarships for students of alternative health care.

Dr. Harlan L. Browning, D.C., begins his seventh year as a Chiropractic Physician at Roselle Alternative Care. He is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, Majoring both as a Doctor of Chiropractic and in Human Biology. He earned an Associate Degree in Biology and Chemistry at Mercer County Community College in New Jersey and a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Dr. Browning is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist by the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board, Dallas, TX; a Diplomate of Applied Kinesiology from the International College of Applied Kinesiology, and is a Diplomate with the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology (DABCN) and Logan College of Chiropractic.

Additionally, Dr. Browning is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise. He is a member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology, American Chiropractic Association, International and American Associations of Clinical Nutritionists, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is a licensed Chiropractic Physician in both Virginia and Illinois.

Before becoming a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Browning spent several years working as a strength and conditioning coach on the high school and college level, as well as working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. In his spare time, Dr. Browning is an avid skier, weightlifter and enjoys reading.

Dr. Sushil Sims, D.C., graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the National College of Chiropractic, and also eamed his Bachelors of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology degree from NCC. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology from George Mason University and is a Certified Applied Kinesiologist by the International College of Applied Kinesiology. Dr. Sims is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and a member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology. In his spare time, he has performed volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity.

Dr. Jennifer Sims, D.C., graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic ftom the National University of Health Sciences, Lombard Illinois. She received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology form George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia. Dr. Jennifer is a certified Applied Kinesiologist by the International College of Applied Kinesiology. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the International Pediatric Association.

Ms. R. Sue Roselle, MS, CNS, has worked as a Certified Nutritionist for Roselle Altemative Care since 1989. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Kent State University graduating with honors. She then completed her Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition form the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. She is licensed by the National Institute of Nutritional Education and is a member of the Society of Certified Nutritionists and the Institute for Functional Medicine. Ms. Roselle is Certified through the American College of Nutrition. She has lectured widely to combined lay and professional audiences. Her thesis "Genistein and Diadzein, Soy Isoflavones: Their Effects on Breast Cancer,"is one of the most comprehensive reviews of available research on the subject, she continues her research and study in many areas of functional medicine.

Consuelo Kern received her undergraduate training from George Mason University and obtained her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as an acupuncturist from Mid West College of Oriental Medicine, in Racine, Wisconsin. She also studied in Guangzhou China where she completed one of her four internships before coming back to practice. Ms. Kem has been with Roselle Center for Healing since 1986, serving as corporate supervisor and Chief Operating Officer.  

DrStephanie03.jpgStephanie Pina, L.Ac, ND

Stephanie Pina graduated with a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.  She first became interested in Chinese medicine while completing her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine located in Phoenix, Arizona.   Prior to attending Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  Stephanie has attained Diplomate status in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology from the national accrediting boards in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

 Stephanie is originally from New Hampshire where she grew up riding and showing horses.  She enjoys travelling, listening to a variety of live music, and volunteering to help charitable organizations.  Her goal is to educate the public about healthcare and the importance of people getting involved in their health while bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicine.


Dr. S. Scott Lamp, DC, CCSP

Dr. Scott Lamp graduated from George Mason University in Northern Virginia in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.  He went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic, St. Louis, Missouri in 1993.  While attending Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Scott received special recognition for his work and dedication to the study of Ergonomics.  In addition, he was part of an elite group of interns chosen to assist other students in expanding their knowledge in the areas of Anatomy, X-Ray and Ergonomics.
Dr. Scott practiced as an associate in Alexandria, Virginia before opening Sterling Family Chiropractic Center with his wife in 1995.  Since going into private practice, he continues to pursue his passion for learning by attending countless educational seminars and continuing to read and listen to the latest updates in the areas of Chiropractic, Nutrition and Wellness. Dr. Scott’s continuing education has earned him the additional title of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.  In addition, he has extensive knowledge and training in the areas of Applied Kinesiology and Nutrition and is currently pursuing his certification in Brimhall Wellness.  Dr. Scott is also an Independent Consultant with Future Industrial Technologies which is a company that dedicates itself to Work-Injury Prevention.
In March 2010, Dr. Scott has joined Roselle Center for Healing and continues to further pursue his interests in the alternative health field.

Dr. Leonard Poe, D.C.

Dr. Leonard Poe, graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Military Institute.  While attending VMI, Dr. Poe participated in an extensive Spanish program in Bolivia.   Dr. Poe performed his chiropractic residency internship abroad in Mexico City, Mexico.  He was responsible for treating patients at public clinics and hospitals and was present to assist in spinal procedures.  Dr. Poe has a good working knowledge of the Spanish language and culture due to his experience spent in foreign countries. 
Dr. Poe is a Certified Applied Kinesiologist by the International College of Applied Kinesiology.  He is a Board Certified Physiotherapist and holds a certification in Neuro Emotional Technique.  Dr. Poe is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Prior to attending Parker College, Dr. Poe served his community as a Law Enforcement Officer in Charlotte, North Carolina.  He enjoys wrestling, rugby and spending time with his family.
